How I perceive the concept of culture under sociocultural ideas

The tools of a community, are used and learned by the individuals in order to participate in several activities, underlying also the hidden history of these tools from previous generations. Learning is a process of participation in a cultural authentic activity and in joint enterprises. Under my perspective all these phrases together (community+ tools+ activity) delineate and assemble the concept of culture. Furthermore, under sociocultural ideas, culture is not an objective and immutable surrounding, but a subjective perception, experienced differently by each member of a community
